In 2015, we opened Sea Biscuit Bakery in Rockport, Maine as a small pastry & coffee operation. After an exciting two years with many life changes intermingled with running the bakery, we moved to Kansas City, my hometown, where I continued Sea Biscuit as a custom cakes operation.

Now back in Rockport, I'm thrilled to offer custom orders featuring a menu of classic American baked goods (with maybe a hint of UK influence here and there!). Expect traditional favorites as well as seasonal variations, made with the passion and precision that proper pastry demands.

Sea Biscuit is the culmination of my love for baking: I am endlessly intrigued by the variations of flavor, texture, and aesthetics that it offers. All of that aside, however, it is the social aspect and ability to contribute to life's celebrations that I am most passionate about. I'd be thrilled to work with you towards creating and fulfilling your ideas for your wedding, birthday, shower, and everyday occasions!
